Turning Off Vista Problem Reporting

Vista problem reporting is a great idea for end users, but it really gets in the way if you are a software developer.  You know what I'm talking about right?  You run your program, which then proceeds to throw an exception and now, instead of throwing up the old "Application Exception" dialog, or the ability to launch the program in the currently configured "Just-In-Time" debugger like Visual Studio, you get:

This is easy to turn off, but a real pain to find exactly where in the Control Panel to do so.   Simple go to Start > Control Panel > Problem Reports and Solution > Change Settings > Advanced Settings > "For my programs, problem reporting is: Off".

Now you get a different dialog when a program crashes:

From which you can launch the debugger and fix your bug.
